  • Windansea is a close knit, quiet community that is only suitable for quieter groups. 
  • This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. 
  • Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. 
  • You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
