We do not allow more than 5 adults to occupy this rental at any given time. We do not authorize adults to sleep on the top bunk or trundle bed.
Like many coastal homes, this home does not have AC.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
