  • This home is a converted ground floor studio attached to the primary house upstairs. While your space is completely private, you may see the homeowners residing in their home upstairs. Upstairs noise may be heard from time to time. 
  • There are stairs to enter (less than 10 stairs to entry door). 
  • There is no designated parking for this home.
  • This is a QUIET neighborhood suitable for quieter guests only. Homeowners live upstairs.  
  • This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. 
  • We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
  • Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. 
  • Bird Rock is known for its picturesque views, rather than its easy beach access. Beach access involves moderate climbing down trail paths. While surfing is permitted, swimming is prohibited. Beach access is located at the end of Bird Rock Ave.
  • You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live above! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

This home is located in Bird Rock, a prestigious La Jolla neighborhood. Bird Rock is directly south of La Jolla Village in San Diego. Explore the charming village of nearby La Jolla- with a great selection of restaurants, enchanting coves, and a spectacular 1-mile clifftop walk. Bird Rock is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
