Flexible Cancellation: Enjoy peace of mind with a full refund option up to 30 days before arrival.
Pool Heating: Pool heating is an additional $95 per day to heat to a max of 82 degrees.
Pet Friendly: We welcome 1 dog to accompany your stay (non-shedding, less than 25 lbs). A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation.
Respectful Stay: Strict enforcement of noise regulations to ensure a peaceful environment.
Comfortability: In lieu of central HVAC, we have mini-split wall units in all bedrooms and our concrete floors can be heated for extra warmth. Floors are controlled via wall thermostat as desired.
Convenience: Pool heat can be added onto your reservation for $200/day. We have an automatic pool cover offering extra protection and safety.
Safety First: Exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices are in place for your security.
Supplies: We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
