- This home shares access to the beach/boardwalk with the second floor rental via patio gate. The patio space remains private for your unit.
- San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
- This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
- Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
