- Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

You won't want to miss Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, which was originally built in 1925 but has since been restored. Additionally, the park offers exciting attractions like miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. If you're looking to explore more of San Diego, Mission Beach is just a short drive away from popular destinations such as Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
