A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be added on to your reservation. - This is a private, detached studio located behind (east) of a single-family home. Homes are separated by a large gate for full privacy. No ocean views from the studio unit.
- The maximum occupancy is 2 adults or 2 adults & up to 2 children.
- While you have your own designated garage parking, the garage space is shared with guests of the main house.
- Entry is located off the back alleyway, uphill walking required if walking from garage.
- This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
- Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
- Windansea is known for its picturesque ocean views, bluffs, and surf breaks. While surfing is permitted, swimming and beach side enjoyment is solely dependent on tide levels and current. Summer is typically best for low tide beach access directly in front of our home. Beach access involves moderate bluff climbing.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Explore the charming village of nearby La Jolla- with a great selection of restaurants, enchanting coves, and a spectacular 1-mile clifftop walk. Windansea is known for its unobstructed ocean views, characterized by gentle bluffs and remarkable surf. Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. Owners live nearby! No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
